With a civil engineering degree and hundreds of completed repairs and remodels, he is uniquely qualified to keep your properties in peak condition. From everyday maintenance to complete remodels, Pan plans and executes projects to perfection.

A graduate of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute of Massachusetts, Pan Kelmendi founded Inter City Maintenance on June 1, 2004. Kelmendi’s prior experience includes work as a Civil Engineer at the Wilmette Real Estate Management Company.
